NOTES FOR TENANTS

Appointments are available up to 6pm on weekday evenings or later by arrangement. During weekends appointments are usually during office hours. We are able to meet at our offices or at the property.

Should you wish to proceed with the letting of a property we will require an initial holding deposit of £200.00. This amount will be deducted from the rental security deposit that you pay when you sign your tenancy agreement. You will be required to pay six weeks deposit and one months rent in advance at commencement of tenancy.

We use the service of an outside agency to check references and make financial enquiries. The cost of this service is £45.00 per person (unless overseas information is required, then it will be £55.00). There is also a one off charge for installation, tenancy agreements and administration of £50.00 inclusive of VAT. i.e. two people taking a property would pay £45.00 each for references and £50.00 per person for the administration charge making a total of £190.00.

If you are registered with Greenwich Estates we will undertake to supply you with details of rental properties, either by telephone or mail as soon as they come onto the market.
